These Terms of Service govern your use of Viziq (viziqapp.com), operated by Tenkai Ventures LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
1. What Viziq is
Viziq (viziqapp.com) is an immigration form explanation service. It provides plain-English explanations of fields on US government immigration forms. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or representation of any kind.
2. Not legal advice
Nothing on Viziq constitutes legal advice. The explanations provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. Always consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice about your specific situation. Viziq is not responsible for any immigration outcomes resulting from use of this service.
3. Accuracy
Viziq makes reasonable efforts to ensure explanations are accurate and up to date. However, US government forms change periodically. Viziq cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current form instructions. Always verify field requirements against the official USCIS or Department of State instructions before submitting any application.
4. Payment and Refunds
Form unlocks are sold as one-time purchases. Access is granted for one year from the date of purchase.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@viziqapp.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as Merchant of Record for all purchases. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service at paddle.com/legal/terms.
5. No account required
Viziq does not require user registration. Access tokens are stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data, your access token will be lost. Re-purchase at the original price restores access.
6. Intellectual property
US government forms displayed on Viziq are public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105. The explanatory content, UI, and software are owned by Viziq and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viziq's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant form unlock.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
9. Changes
Viziq may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Merchant of Record
All payments on Viziq are processed by Paddle.com (paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. Tenkai Ventures LLC is the seller of record for the underlying digital product licenses.
